The AI.STARTUP.HUB Hamburg opens up new perspectives for AI start-ups in northern Germany. With two specialized funding programs, the hub supports both established companies and new idea providers in the field of artificial intelligence. By networking in the regional AI ecosystem, innovative approaches can be realized and further developed. Interested start-ups and founders can apply until February 18, 2024.
The AI Ideation Program of the AI.STARTUP.HUB is aimed at beginners in the field of artificial intelligence who want to turn an idea into a prototype. The program offers the following support:
- Financial support: Up to 37,500 euros per team for six months, divided into 1,500 euros per month per team member and an additional material allowance of 10,500 euros per team
- Provision of a workplace in the center of Hamburg
- Access to personal start-up consultants and AI experts
- Workshop formats and 1:1 sessions with a total value of 25,000 euros per team
- Imparting basic knowledge about setting up a business and working methods
- Preparation for the EXIST start-up grant
The program aims to support participants in the development of their AI projects and facilitate the implementation of their ideas.
The AI Accelerator Program of the AI.STARTUP.HUB is specially designed for startups in the growth phase. It offers systematic support for successful growth and international scaling. This is achieved through networking with key players from the world of artificial intelligence. The main elements of the program are:
- Workshop formats and 1:1 sessions with a total value of 25,000 euros per team
- Transfer of know-how that covers the entire life cycle of a startup from foundation to exit
- Support with financing, from public funds to venture capital
- Specific sales & marketing training tailored to the needs of AI start-ups
- Targeted networking within the AI ecosystem and with companies
- Preparation for US investor readiness to give startups the opportunity to pitch to investors in the USA
This program is designed to strengthen participating startups in key areas and give them access to important resources and networks that are critical to their growth and scaling.
