The Toolbox
The online workshop series is aimed at people from universities and research institutions in the Hamburg metropolitan region who are interested in setting up a business, whether they have their own business idea or not. In the individual sessions, methods and tools are taught and applied together to give you helpful tools for your entrepreneurial journey. Although the content of the units builds on each other, it is also possible to participate in individual units.
Speaker
Dr. Fateme Jaleh earned her Ph.D. in Molecular and Translational Medicine at ETH Zurich. She works at the German Electron Synchrotron (DESY), where she heads the DESY Start-up School, which aims to inspire scientists with business ideas to take their first steps toward becoming entrepreneurs.
Dr. Bettina Otto earned her Ph.D. in molecular plant sciences from the University of Cambridge. She works at Charité BIH Innovation as a technology manager and technology scout, helping researchers bring their ideas to patients.
