Your workshop for a thick skin during the ups and downs of everyday life as a female founder: Take the time to reflect in a group with other EXIST Women scholarship holders from the metropolitan region and at the same time drive your start-up forward.
Participation is exclusively for EXIST-Women scholarship holders from the Hamburg metropolitan region.
Aims of the workshop
- Gain confidence: Increase your self-confidence and learn strategies to recognize and appreciate your skills and potential and use them as a driving force for your company.
- Develop an active mindset:learn how to actively deal with challenges and see changes as opportunities #positivity
- Network boost: Overcome aversion to risk and self-promotion, improve your quick-wittedness and then dive straight into networking events like the WEEK UP!
- Develop a healthy error culture:Develop an understanding of the value of mistakes and recognize how to learn from them instead of being discouraged by them. #failfastfailoften

Speaker
Amelie Schomburg is a psychologist and expert in self-confidence, mental health and strength. After a few years in management consultancy, she now works as a trainer and coach, helping young people to become more confident, less stressed and mentally stronger so that they can successfully and calmly navigate their careers and private lives.

Participation is exclusively for EXIST-Women scholarship holders from the Hamburg metropolitan region.
Participation is free of charge, but registration on the HAW Hamburg website is essential.
