What it’s all about

In this toolbox you will get to know practical checklists concerning your legal issues. You will have the opportunity for live Q&A for your startup journey.

What can you expect?

Many of our teams repeatedly ask for legal advice. In the first part (1,5 h) of this toolbox, lawyer Jan Schnedler goes through a checklist for consulting a lawyer or tax advisor with you. This ensures you are well prepared for an expensive appointment with the experts.
Afterwards in the second part (1,5 h), Jan Schnedler will be available to founders for an hour of Q&A.

The Speaker

Jan Schnedler, LL.M., is a lawyer and expert in technology transfer and startup law. He advises founders on all legal matters relating to startups so that they can sleep soundly and concentrate on developing their business model. Jan wrote the book “Startup Law” to help founders with limited financial resources overcome most legal hurdles on their own. He also offers individual advice on various (legal) startup topics. In addition, he is a speaker, lecturer, and serial entrepreneur, as well as co-founder and COO of the Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg (ARIC).
