3D Spark wins Deutsche Bahn for its CO2 reporting tool
Das Hamburger Startup 3D Spark kann einen bedeutenden Erfolg feiern: Die Deutsche Bahn hat das CO2-Reporting-Tool des jungen Unternehmens für die Fertigung von On-Demand-Ersatzteilen genehmigt. Die Lösung ermöglicht eine präzise, automatisierte Berechnung des CO2-Fußabdrucks pro Bauteil – unterteilt nach Material, Fertigungsprozess und Nachbearbeitung. So kann die Bahn belastbare Entscheidungen zur Reduzierung ihrer Umweltauswirkungen treffen und zugleich Produktionsprozesse effizienter gestalten.

13 innovative start-up ideas at the Startup Port start-up camp
The Startup Port in Harburg once again hosted its startup camp over an entire weekend from September 5 to 7. At the Startup Port@TUHH premises, 14 enthusiastic participants worked intensively on 13 startup ideas, accompanied by experts from academia and industry. In a mix of workshops, mentoring sessions, and pitch formats, the ideas were critically examined, refined, and prepared for the next steps. The focus was on topics such as business model development, financing and funding, prototyping, and pitch training.
