Consent and logo upload

On the Startup Port Wall of Fame, we present startups that have founded their business with the support of the Startup Port’s programs and consulting services.

Please use the form to upload your logo and provide us with further information about you and your startup. Please also read the declaration of consent for the use of your logo and confirm all the information provided. Then simply send it off.

We will inform you as soon as your startup has found its place on the Wall of Fame.

The startup named above ("rights holder") agrees to the naming of the company name/logo/registered trademark also named below as a reference mark in the "Wall of Fame" section or comparable sections:

- on the Startup Port website at www.startupport.de,

- in presentations, brochures, flyers, social media, Startup Port newsletters,

- in the context of events and press releases relating to the Startup Port or the supported startups,

by Hamburg Innovation GmbH ("Hamburg Innovation"). The consent includes the presentation of the logo or trademark in its original form as well as in an adapted form (e.g. resizing, background removal, adaptation to media formats) insofar as the character and recognizability of the logo or trademark are preserved and Hamburg Innovation takes appropriate account of the trademark guidelines for the use of the logo/trademark specified by the rights holder and attached to this declaration. Separate approval of the specific use is not required.

The rights holder may revoke this consent to use the brand as a reference mark in writing for good cause. In the event of revocation, Hamburg Innovation undertakes to remove the logo or trademark from its platforms and materials within a reasonable period of time. Materials that have already been printed do not have to be recalled.
