4. Workshop – „Teambuilding“

In the team building workshop, you will lay the foundations for successful teamwork. You will take an in-depth look at your motivators and inner drivers to ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction.

We look at your WHY and the top 5 values that serve as the North Star for all activities in your startup.

We then take a look at the different personality types you have in your team. The aim here is to understand what makes your co-founders tick and how you can best utilise their respective strengths.

We will have a joint lunch break of about 45 minutes. You are welcome to bring something with you, as there may not be enough time for shopping.
