Climate change! Corona crisis! Pollution! Social injustice! There are plenty of reasons to think not only about economic success but also about the social good when founding a company Our Impact Incubator supports you in realising your idea and setting it up holistically (i.e. sustainably) right from the start, thus increasing the positive social impact of your start-up in the long term. Together we work for a socially, ecologically and economically sustainable society! Be there and apply with your team!
The Holistic Impact Incubator is a 3-month incubation programme for start-up ideas with social added value. The program supports founding teams in advancing their ideas to the point of actual founding and setting them up in a holistically sustainable manner from the very beginning.
The program follows a scientifically based approach that focuses on the competencies, self-efficacy and proactivity of the founders.

Target group:
All those interested in founding a company in the Hamburg metropolitan region who have a concrete start-up idea with added social value and would like to drive it forward in a core team that has already been largely defined.

Application period: 01.01.2023 – 31.01.2023 (23:59)
- Start of the program: 01.03.2023
- End of the program: 30.06.2023
- Number of funded founding teams: 10-12
- Time commitment: Each founder is expected to work on the idea for about 20 hours a week.
- Location: The Feedback Days and Coworking will mostly take place in Lüneburg.
- Event format:You will receive video inputs online via Moodle and can discuss the content developed with them with the experts during the Feedback Days.
- Cost: Free of charge
- Group members: A maximum of 3 people per team can participate in the program.
- Individual founders also have the opportunity to apply.
- Language: english
