That’s what it’s all about
This workshop with Santiago Ferrer is about market validation in practice. We want to work out how you can clearly define target customers, ask the right questions and find relevant contacts (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator & trade fair).
What can you expect?
This workshop will be interactive, with short inputs, live demos and exercises.
Realistically, you go out with:
- a lean ICP (Ideal Customer Profile),
- 2-3 ready-to-use outreach messages,
- a simple trade fair plan,
- initial knowledge of market developments,
- an introduction to social media prospecting (especially LinkedIn).
- (Optional, if there is time: 1 short role-play.)

Santiago Ferrer is a startup founder, engineer and deep tech consultant with over 10 years of experience in engineering, project management, R&D and European B2B growth.He founded 3Dock, a company that offers specialized technical solutions to help startups and companies innovate and implement their projects efficiently.
Target group
The workshop is aimed at early-stage teams (Idea-MVP), including solopreneurs, with an initial BMC / overview and the willingness to apply what they have learned directly.
