Do I actually have to protect my product or service innovation and if so, how?
“Concern about idea theft” – a topic that concerns many start-ups in their founding process.
We want to discuss this with you at the next Startup Port Lounge.
Possible questions are, for example:

How realistic is the danger? Is the fear of it justified?

What role do NDAs play in this? How effectively do they protect?

Property rights: Which ideas and technologies should be protected?

What experiences have start-ups had with this topic?

Aren’t the team, resources and industry contacts, as well as the brand and image, just as important?
