How can you finance your ideas, projects and business models if you receive little or no support from banks, business angels or VC companies? One possible answer is: money from the crowd. Swarm financing offers you various opportunities to obtain capital from many, usually small, investors who share your vision or simply want to support you. But what forms of crowdfunding are there, how do they work and what legal framework do you need to consider? Doch welche Formen der Crowdfinanzierung gibt es, wie funktionieren sie und welche rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen müsst ihr beachten? We will explain the four main forms of crowdfunding: Crowdfunding, Crowdinvesting, Crowdlending and Crowddonation. We will also discuss the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and risks and the legal aspects. We look forward to your questions and feedback.

Your feedback is key!

We are constantly striving to provide you with even better support. But we can only improve our offerings if we know the startup ecosystem in the Hamburg metropolitan region. We therefore ask you to take part in our short survey and give us an insight into your challenges and needs. All anonymously and in compliance with data protection regulations, of course.

All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a thank-you gift to support you on your startup journey.
