That’s what it’s all about
The second part of the workshop goes into more depth: the focus is on your own patent application and the most important do’s and don’ts in the application process.
The description

Using a practical example, patent attorney Dr. Sabine Kossak shows step by step what is important when preparing, when it makes sense to file an application and which aspects are particularly important in the examination procedure.
Participants gain a realistic insight into typical sources of error, learn which documents and considerations are crucial in advance and how to position themselves strategically in order to make targeted use of intellectual property rights.
The workshop will be supplemented by a short excursus on patent searches:
- How do you find existing property rights?
- How do you assess their relevance?
- How can risks be identified at an early stage?
Target group
The target group are founders and teams who want to set up their technology, brand or content in a legally secure manner right from the start.
