What legal aspects should start-ups consider during financing rounds? At the beginning of the workshop, we will look at the various legal forms that are suitable for founding a startup and discuss the differences between a GmbH and a UG in particular. The steps of the founding process and the consequences of a personal holding company will be explained. We will also look at the various financing options, such as convertible loans and equity, and their advantages and disadvantages.
We will go through the financing preparation phase step by step. In the section on financing documentation, the workshop will cover mandatory provisions and key clauses. Participants will also receive negotiation tips on the respective points.
As part of Female Entrepreneurship Week, the Hamburg Investors Network (HIN) is continuing its successful Female StartAperitivo (FSA) ACADEMY with workshops for female founders.
Compact, entertaining sessions, in a small group, a protected space: the FSA ACADEMY sessions take place in a special atmosphere exclusively for female founders.
During the break, there will be time to chat in a relaxed atmosphere over delicious drinks and snacks.
