Information
At least 30 percent of all people are considered more or less introverted. Given this figure, it’s almost surprising that organizational design, working methods, leadership skills and career factors are overwhelmingly geared towards extraversion. But awareness of the qualities of introverts is growing.
In the Hamburg Media School’s Open Master Class, we will therefore deal with the topic of introversion, learn about strategies for introverts in a professional context, examine the potential of individuals, teams and organizations from this perspective, and receive impulses to expand our own repertoire.
It’s about understanding yourself and others better so that everyone can develop their potential, real participation is created and we can make a difference together.
The session is aimed at introverts, extraverts and ambiverts at university and at work.
