Female Power: Focus & quick-wittedness for female founders
That’s what it’s all about
An extraordinary day that trains body, mind and entrepreneurial spirit in equal measure. In this special workshop, we combine ancient Shaolin wisdom with modern skills from improvisation and business theater – for everyone who wants to start and lead a business and go through (working) life with more clarity, presence and quick-wittedness.
What can you expect?
Part 1 – 10:00 to 12:00:
Shaolin Mindset – Focus, Self-Defense & Inner Strength
With Dr. Jan Hintelmann, a Shaolin Kung Fu master with a doctorate and 40 years of martial arts experience, you will learn how to find peace in movement – and movement in peace. This session is not just about self-defense techniques or dealing with threatening situations, but about managing your energy, setting boundaries and appearing confident – skills that female founders need every day. After all, anyone who runs a company has to be able to deal with pressure, make clear decisions in uncertain moments and keep themselves centered.
You learn:
- how to keep your focus even in moments of stress,
- how to use body awareness as a tool for self-confidence,
- and how to create mental clarity as the basis for effective action.
Break – 12:00 to 13:00
Feel free to bring your lunch, a few snacks will be ready for you.
Part 2 – 13:00 to 15:00
Impro meets Impression – Reacting confidently to unexpected situations
Things get creative in the afternoon: Cornelia Janina May, psychologist and theater and business trainer, and her colleague Mareike König, long-time improv player and trainer, will show you how to appear more spontaneous, confident and convincing – whether in a pitch, in a team meeting or on stage. Using improvisation methods, you will learn how to say “yes” to your own idea, remain confident in uncertain moments and radiate presence.
You are practicing:
- how you meet the unexpected with fun,
- how you are quick-witted in the here and now,
- how you perform with ease and presence.

Entrepreneurship is a permanent balancing act – between vision and reality, planning and spontaneity, control and trust. This day will help you to master both: the inner calm of a Shaolin and the creative quick-wittedness of a stage performer. Whether in meetings with investors, in a team or in everyday life – those who harmonize body and mind appear clearer, communicate more effectively and make better decisions.
