Are you an alumna or alumnus of Universität Hamburg and interested in starting a business – perhaps for a long time? Then the Alumni Lunch organized by Alumni Relations at Universität Hamburg and the StartupPort@UHH start-up consultancy is the right place for you. Here we will talk about all the options for realizing your entrepreneurial ambitions and plans.
Motto of the Alumni Lunch: “You are still part of the university – and we are still here for you.”
What can you expect?
After a welcome by Noomi Peter (Universität Hamburg, Alumni Management) and an insight into the joint cooperation with the start-up consultancy of Startup Port@UHH, we will go straight into media res.
- Together with other alumni, we will show you how you can turn your idea into a viable business model – whether as a start-up, solo self-employed person or with a social project.
- A special highlight: an alumni guest, who has founded his own company, shares his personal experiences, learnings and impulses for all those who are thinking about going their own way – honest, practical and motivating!
You will receive impulses and answers to questions such as:
- How do I get started with my idea?
- Where can I find advice, networks and funding programs?
- How do I find and build a good team?
- What next steps will get me started?
We look forward to an exciting exchange with you – with real experiences, concrete tips and space for your questions!
