5th Workshop – ‘Business Modelling’

Does it always have to be the subscription/subscription business model?
Aren’t there other (more) suitable and innovative business models ‘out there’?

In this workshop, you will take an in-depth look at your business model within your team.
Specific business model patterns will be presented and applied to your project idea in a practical way.
The aim is to develop your individual business model and then validate and/or adapt it so that you are well equipped for the future.
