Jan Schächtele is the Co-founder of COMATCH (now operating as Malt Strategy), Europe’s leading online marketplace for independent management consultants, which was acquired by Malt in 2023.
Before launching COMATCH in 2014, he spent six years at McKinsey & Company, gaining deep insights into the consulting industry and the evolving demands driven by digital transformation across all economic sectors.
Drawing from his experience, he now mentors aspiring founders and selectively invests as a business angel in HR tech and platform-based businesses.
