In addition to traditional bonus payments or virtual shares, the granting of \u201creal\u201d shares in the company can also be considered. Experience has shown that this plays a role, especially when co-founders or important C-level employees are taken on later. From a tax perspective, the granting of \u201creal\u201d shares is associated with pitfalls: This can result in so-called \u201cdry incomes\u201d for employees, i.e. taxes have to be paid even though no money has (yet) flowed from the shareholding. Against this background, a \u201creform of employee participation\u201d (#ESOPasap) was introduced at the beginning of the year. Thanks to special funding from the Hamburg Ministry of Economics and Innovation (BWI) and the Hamburgische Investitions- und F\u00f6rderbank (IFB), the FSA ACADEMY offers are free of charge for all participants*.  <\/p>\n<p>All FSA ACADEMY workshops are designed for female founders of all stages.
