That’s what it’s all about

How do companies with a sustainable impact emerge? We want to discuss this with you at the Hamburg Innovation Summit (HHIS) 2026.

Nicol Hartz (project coordinator of the Holistic Impact Incubator) and Lars Kalusky (Startup Port start-up consultant) will be moderating a panel discussion with founder Micha Fritz (Viva con Agua) and scientist Robert Hoyer (Leuphana Social Innovation Community) about social entrepreneurship and the relevance of profitability and impact. As a budding founder, Helena Ritterpusch brings her questions directly into the discussion and turns the panel into a live coaching session.

Come by the Startup Stage in the Startup Area (Area H).

The speakers

Micha Fritz was born in southern Germany and has lived in his favorite city of Hamburg for many years. Together with his buddy Benjamin Adrion, a former professional footballer, he founded the non-profit association “Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V.”. The idea: water for everyone – everyone for water! Micha works for the organization as a conceptual activist, develops donation formats and campaigns, digital events and brings people together.
Robert is a research associate at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg. He conducts research on (social) entrepreneurial failure and is responsible for scaling the Leuphana Social Innovation Community.
Helena is passionate about social innovation and develops new approaches to combat loneliness and housing pressure in cities with an entrepreneurial eye. As part of her Master’s degree in Impact Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Nova SBE, she focused intensively on the effects of housing on social participation, mental health and quality of life. In addition to her work as an intrapreneur for digital products, she and her team are developing Boommate – a platform for communal living that connects people safely and appropriately, thereby promoting affordable housing, social proximity and a stronger sense of community.
Nicol Hartz (Moderation)
As project coordinator of the Holistic Impact Incubator at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Nicol supports prospective founders in the development of sustainable business models. As part of the Utopia team, she designs communication for sustainable business and develops workshop formats in which she specifically supports impact founders in their mental strength and effectiveness.
Lars Kalusky (Moderator)
Lars Kalusky holds a degree in business administration (FH) and is a trainer for communication and presentation. He works as a start-up consultant for HAW Hamburg in the Startup Port project. His areas of expertise include business plan development and solo self-employment.
