For our next Startup Date, we’re pleased to welcome Micha Fritz, co-founder of Viva con Agua and one of Germany’s best-known social entrepreneurs.
What began in 2006 as an idea centered around FC St. Pauli has grown into a movement that connects people all over the world. Through Viva con Agua, Micha, together with thousands of supporters, is working to improve access to clean drinking water for everyone—and in doing so, he demonstrates that social change can also be achieved creatively, positively, and with a great deal of joy.
On “Startup Date,” Micha talks with Christine Tiedemann, project manager at Startup Port, about the early days of Viva con Agua, crazy ideas, bold decisions, and how a labor of love turned into an international movement. The conversation centers on entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and the question of how to inspire people to embrace a shared vision.
Of course, it’s also about challenges, setbacks, and the many stories you only experience when you just go for it.
