What It’s All About

This workshop is specifically designed for women who are considering starting a business and want to make a well-informed decision.

It offers a realistic perspective on starting a business, free from hype and idealized success stories that often fail to adequately reflect women’s real-life experiences. Instead, it creates a space to bring individual decision-making processes to light and critically examine them.

What can you expect?

The focus is on examining individual beliefs that women encounter particularly often in the context of starting a business—such as those related to security, responsibility, self-expectations, timing, and work-life balance.

Participants identify personal assumptions such as “I’m not ready yet,” “I need more security,” “Now isn’t the right time,” or “This is hard to balance with family or family planning.” These beliefs are systematically analyzed.

Speaker

The workshop will be led by Pia D. Schlemmer, a systemic coach and futurist.
