Here’s what it’s all about
Get creative: Cornelia Janina May, a psychologist and theater and business coach, will show you how to come across as more spontaneous, confident, and persuasive—whether in a pitch, a team meeting, or on stage.
Using improvisation techniques, you’ll learn how to “say yes” to your own ideas, stay composed in uncertain moments, and project confidence.
What can you expect?
We’ll practice:
- how to approach the unexpected with a sense of fun,
- how to be quick-witted in the here and now,
- how to present yourself with ease and presence.
The Coach
