HOLII – Kickoff Event

The Holistic Impact Incubator (HOLII) at Startup Port supports startup ideas that make the world a little bit better.
HOLII is a 6-month incubation program for startup ideas that create social value. The program supports up to 12 startup teams from the initial idea through to launch. Participants develop core competencies, boost their self-efficacy and proactivity, expand their network, and learn to deal with mistakes in a positive way.
As a result, HOLII reduces the uncertainty associated with starting a business and increases the founders’ commitment. Ideas are spun off more quickly and have a greater long-term impact.
The next round begins on September 16.
The description
Climate change! Corona crisis! Pollution! Social injustice! There are plenty of reasons to think not only about economic success but also about the social good when founding a company Our Impact Incubator supports you in realising your idea and setting it up holistically (i.e. sustainably) right from the start, thus increasing the positive social impact of your start-up in the long term. Together we work for a socially, ecologically and economically sustainable society!
The program follows a scientifically based approach that focuses on the competencies, self-efficacy and proactivity of the founders.
Overview of the Incubator

- Location: The feedback sessions and collaborative work will mostly take place in Lüneburg.
- Event Format: Full-day live events are held in Lüneburg or Hamburg, and in between there are online consultation hours, also on Wednesdays.
- Cost: Free
- Number of team members: A team may consist of up to 3 people.
- Individual founders: You are also welcome to apply.
The Application Process at a Glance
- Film a pitch video that’s no longer than 2 minutes.
- Fill out the application form and upload the video (one per team)
Submission deadline: August 16, 2026. - Please take part in the short survey that we’ll send you via email as soon as you’ve completed your application (one per team member)
The deadline will be announced at a later date.
For the pitch video, we ask that you present your idea in no more than 120 seconds. You’re free to choose any format you like. Our goal is to get a more personal sense of who you are as a founding team.
